About Us
Cool Power is an engineering firm specializing in the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects in Chile and Latin America. Since our founding in 2019, we combine local technical expertise with an international perspective to create profitable, sustainable, and long-term stable investment opportunities.
We have corporate offices in Essen (Germany), Santiago de Chile, and Curicó (Maule Region) – about two hours south of Santiago. This structure allows us to act as a reliable bridge between European investors and the Latin American energy market. In addition to Chile, we are developing future projects in other current and potential OECD countries in South America, including Colombia, Argentina, and Peru. This expands our portfolio in dynamic markets that offer significant long-term opportunities in solar energy and green hydrogen.

Our Development: Milestones
2019
Founding in Curicó
We started with the vision of transforming unused agricultural land into sources of clean and productive energy, developing PMGD projects with international partners.
2020-2021
First Portfolio Sale
Sale of 4 photovoltaic projects (~12 MWp) to an international investor. Strengthening relationships with landowners and local authorities.
2022
Strategic Academic Alliance
Start of our collaboration with the University of Talca, promoting applied innovation and serving on the external advisory board of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
2023
International Expansion
We open offices in Germany, connecting European capital and innovation with sustainable investment opportunities in Latin America.
2024
EPC Consolidation
We establish ourselves as a leading EPC company, delivering tailored photovoltaic self-consumption solutions for the industrial and agricultural sectors.
